New Hanover Neighborhood Foundation reveals new chair, vice seat to board of supervisors

.WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The New Hanover Neighborhood Endowment has assigned a new chair as well as bad habit chair of the board of supervisors. In an announcement, the Foundation launched Shannon Winslow as incoming seat and also Chris Boney as inbound vice seat.
